2008年济南市历城区麻疹疫情分析

Analysis on the Outbreak of Measles in Licheng District of Ji'nan City in 2008

[目的]了解济南市历城区麻疹的流行特征,为更好地指导麻疹防治工作提供依据。[方法]对济南市历城区2008年发生的130例麻疹病例资料进行分析。[结果]2008年全区麻疹确诊病例130例,发病率为13.90/10万,无死亡病例。130例病人中,男性82例,女性48例;6～8月龄46例,9～11月龄6例,1～6岁22例,16岁1例,18～50岁41例;3～5月合计62例,占总数的47.69%。出现4起暴发疫情。[结论]2008年历城区麻疹疫情呈流行与局部暴发态势。

[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristic of measles in Licheng district of Ji＇nan,to provide the basis for measles prevention and control.[Methods]Data of 130 measles cases were analyzed in Licheng district of Ji＇nan in 2008.[Results]130 confirmed measles cases were reported in 2008,the morbidity rate was 13.90/105,no death case was reported.Of the 130 cases reported,82 cases were male and 48 were female.46 patients were at the age from 6 to 8 months,6 patients were from 9 to 11 months,22 patients were from 1 to 6 years old,1 patient was 16 and 41 patients were from 18 to 50.62 patients were reported from March to May,accounting for 47.69% and 4 outbreaks were reported.[Conclusion]The epidenic of measles in Licheng district in 2008 is in prevalence and local outbreak.
