摘要
文章论述了开展信息系统基本原理的研究对于情报学的学科建设和信息系统建设的重要意义，指出了信息系统基本原理的主要特征，然后从6个方面对信息系统的基本原理进行了论述。
This paper first discusses the importance of research for principles of information sys-tem to the construction of information science discipline and information system, then suggestssome characteristics of principles of in formation system. Finally,expounds principles of in formationsystem from six aspects.
