摘要
根据居民全日出行时耗的稳定性特征,提出将平均出行时耗30min作为区分通勤出行和其他出行的时间指标,据此提出基于出行时耗的轨道交通功能定位原则。结合城市轨道、市域铁路、区域铁路及高速铁路的服务特点,提出各层次轨道交通功能定位的要点。针对通勤出行特征明显的城市轨道及市域铁路以及计划出行特征明显的区域铁路及高速铁路,在分析优缺点的基础上提出各层次轨道交通的衔接方式。
According to the stability characteristics of the residents’daily travel time,it is proposed to adopt an average travel time of 30 minutes as the distinction criterion between commuting trips and other trips. Thereupon,the principles for functional orientation of rail transit will be formulated based on the travel time. Considering the service characteristics of urban rails,suburban railways,regional railways and high-speed railways,main points of functional orientation for different rail transits are presented. In accordance with urban rails and suburban railways featured by commuting trips and regional railways and high-speed railways characterized by planned trips,method for connecting different types of rail transit is proposed based on the analysis on the merits and defects of them.
