摘要
采用鳞片接种法对收集、保存的40个百合种质资源进行镰刀菌枯萎病的抗性鉴定.结果表明:高抗品种(种)有12个,中抗品种(种)17个;中感品种(种)7个,高感品种(种)4个.鳞片接种法可作为百合枯萎病抗性鉴定的基本方法.
Forty Lilium germplasm accessions were evaluated to identify their resistance to Fusarium oxysporium using scale inoculation method. Twelve accessions were identified to be highly resistant, 17 moderately resistant, 7 moderately susceptible and 4 highly susceptible to this disease. The results showed that the scale inoculation method was a good and sound technique for identifying Lilium resistance to F. oxysporum.
