豌豆早期结瘤素基因PsSYM10的克隆及其表达载体的构建 被引量:3

Cloning of Early Nodulin Gene PsSYM10 and Construction of Its Expression Vector

摘要 采用Pri mStar HS DNA聚合酶从豌豆基因组DNA中扩增出了豌豆早期结瘤素基因PsSYM10.序列分析结果表明,所克隆的基因与GenBank公布的同源基因在碱基和氨基酸序列上的相似性分别为98.6%和99.7%.将PsSYM10基因与结瘤相关基因PsENOD12、凝集素基因PsLectin串联组合,构建成了双元表达载体. The early nodulin gene PsSYM10 was amplified from pea gDNA via PCR using PrimStar HS DNA polymerase. Compared with the homologous gene in GenBank, PsSYM10 was found to share a similarity of 98.6% and 99.7%, respectively, in the nucletide and the amino acid sequence. A binary expression vector of PsSYM10 was constructed by assembling it with PsENOD12A and the PsLectin gene.
