孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼预防性治疗疗效分析

Analysis of the preventive treatment on the opposite eye of retina detachment

目的探讨采用激光和冷凝对孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼预防性治疗方法和疗效。方法治疗组48眼,包括41眼有干孔、周边视网膜格子样变性、局部玻璃体牵拉等采用氩离子激光光凝治疗,和7眼病变相对严重的用冷冻治疗仪冷凝治疗。结果随访一年,治疗组48眼,有一例发生孔源性视网膜脱离,发生率2.1%(1/48),作为对照组34眼有4例发生孔源性视网膜脱离,发生率11.8%(4/34)。结论采用激光和冷凝对孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼预防性治疗是必要和有效的。

Objetive To observe the clinical effects and methods of the laser and condensation on the opposite side eye of retina detachment. Methods 48 eyes with retinal degeneration or were treated by laser photocoagulation and cryopexy Results For one year of following-up, there is one eye occurring rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in 48 eyes of treating group, while 4 eyes occurring rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in 34 eyes of control group. Conclusions It is necessary and effective to use the laser photocoagulation and cryopexy to preventively treat opposite side eye of retinal detachment
