Community Consciousness of University Teachers on the Academic Profession

大学教师从事的是学术职业。由于历史和现实的原因,我国大学教师关于学术职业的群体认知出现缺失和扭曲。借鉴国际经验,应从建立共同的价值观、确立基准的伦理观、建设维护专业水准的职业制度、组建强有力的专业组织和营造良好浓郁的学术文化等方面,培养大学教师高度的学术职业群体认知。

University teachers are engaged in the academic profesion. Because of historical and current practice, there has been lack and distortion of community consciousness among Chinese university teachers. Learning from the foreign experience, it needs to promote the community consciousness of university teachers on the academic profession from five aspects, that is, to model the shared value, to establish the basic principles of ethics, to construct the professional institution serving the professional standard, to set up the powerful professional organization, and to build the favorable and strong academic culture.
