On Generation and Cultivation of Teachers’ Profession Emotion

摘要 教师职业情感是教师对教育工作是否满足自己的需要而产生的内心体验和感受,事业感、师爱感、责任感与成就感是教师职业情感的基本内容。它要求教师具有情感的积极性、丰富性、稳定性、深刻性与感染性,只有这样才能促进师生发展,构建和谐关系,提高教育质量。教师职业情感通过感觉、认知、体验、反应四个相互联系的阶段而生成,通过声音表情、面部表情与体态表情予以体现。教师职业情感的培育既需要教师强化职业意识,培养职业情趣,加强自我修养,也需要学校与社会提供相应的环境和条件,给予教师情感关怀。 Teachers' profession emotion is teachers' inner experience and feelings on whether education me^ets their needs or not. Teachers' profession emotion includes enterprise emotion student-care emotion, duty emotion, achievement emotion, which require teach- ers' emotion of positivity, richness, stableness, profoundability and infection. Only so can development of teachers and students be promoted, building the harmonious relationship, and improving education quality. Teachers' profession emotion consists of sensation, cognition, experience,response, which presents in the form of voice expression, facial expression and posture expression. Cultivating teachers' profession emotion needs to strengthen career awareness, develop professional appeal, and strengthens the self-training. It also needs school and society to provide the appropriate environment and conditions,and pay more emotional care to teachers.
