摘要
对中荷研究型大学教师教学科研关系观的调查与分析显示:中荷研究型大学教师在处理教学与科研的关系上是"观念上的结合,喜好中的偏离"。中荷教师在观念上都认同教学与科研相互依存、彼此加强。中荷教师的个人背景因素对看待教学与科研关系没有显著影响。选择工作时,中荷教师均出现"重科研"现象,但并非所有中荷教师都"重科研",这与教师实际工作类型及其晋升条件有关。
Based on the survey on Leiden and Xiamen University, both Chinese and Dutch research university teachers considered that the relationship between teaching and research was positive and incorporated. However, this kind of relationship was combined in teachers' conception, but deviated in their preference. All Chinese and Dutch teachers' personal background factors had no significant effect on their conception of teaching-research relationship. However, when Chinese and Dutch perceived that their department emphasized more on research than teaching, they would tend to think that there was no relation between teaching and research. Generally, both Chinese and Dutch teachers would like research better when they chose their work interest. However, not all Chinese or Dutch teachers empha- sized more on research. It depended on the major work of teacher and how they thought the factor that influenced their chance of promotion most.
