脉冲MIG焊过程多信息检测、融合分析及解耦控制

摘要 针对脉冲MIG焊过程中,焊接参数匹配范围窄、参数间耦合作用强、焊接过程不稳定及焊缝成形差等关键问题,以铝合金脉冲MIG焊为例,进行了多信息传感检测、融合分析及过程建模仿真。在此基础上,成功实现了双变量解耦控制,焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形美观,有效提高了焊接质量。 According to the key problems such as small match range of welding parameters, strong coupling effect among parameters, unstable welding process when parameters do not match and bad weld shaping in pulsed MIG welding, the sensing of multi-information, fusion analysis and process modeling were studied by taking pulsed MIG welding of aluminum alloy as an example. On this basis, the double-variable decoupling control test was carried out, and weld beads with uniform pool width and good bead formation were obtained, which improved the welding quality efficiently.
