摘要
采用VC++编程,开发了针对铝合金变极性穿孔等离子弧焊缝尺寸测试的软件,并对不同等离子气流量和焊接电流时的焊缝尺寸进行了测试,分析了两种焊接工艺参数对正反两面焊缝尺寸的影响。随着等离子气流量的增加,正面焊缝的尺寸下降,而背面焊缝尺寸增加,两面焊缝的余高的变化均有一定波动;随着焊接电流的增加,焊接热能和焊缝宽度进一步提高而余高略有下降。并对其机理进行了讨论,认为上述现象的产生与焊接电弧压力和焊接热量有关。
The software was developed with VC++ to measure the aluminum alloy keyhole weld in variable polarity plasma arc welding. Sizes of weld in different welding currents and plasma gas flow rates were measured effectively by this software. The Effects of two welding parameters on size of topside and backside welds were analyzed. With the increase of plasma gas flow rate, the width of topside weld decreased, while the width of backside weld increased. The reinforcements of both side welds had some fluctuations. With the increase of welding current, welding power and weld widths increased, while the reinforcements decreased. It was considered that the mechanism of these effects would be related with welding arc pressure and welding power.
