关于情报学认知观点的思考

Reflections on the Cognitive Viewpoints in Information Science

情报学认知观点是与重视文献表征和检索技术的主流情报学研究形成较鲜明对照的新的研究取向。其核心思想是，情报的接受（用户）和传递（情报系统）都需要与知识结构发生作用，并以知识结构的改变和完善为目的；情报系统设计的任务是促成用户与系统所含信息在认知水平上的交流，为此配合用户相对特定情报需求的这些特征，本文一方面概要评介这一观点的研究背景、基本思想等，同时基于这一观点，简单考查了图书馆学情报学研究与实践中人与技术的关系、研究的主题与目的等问题。

Abstract In contrast with the main stream or the physical paradigm of research in information science,which focuses on the information technology,the cognitive approach to the field puts emphasis on human knowledge structure,cognitive state,cognitive style and other characteristics of information users as individuals.In this paper,the author tries to make a general survey on the development,the main features and the inspiration of the cognitive approach to information science.And based on this new approach,some reflections on issues like human-technology relations,subjects and purposes of the library and information research and practice are made.
