摘要
目的通过观察兔脑血吸虫病脑血管缝隙连接(gapjunction,GJ)蛋白的mRNA转录水平,探讨其在脑血吸虫病病理发生中的作用。方法制作兔脑血吸虫病模型,应用逆转录-聚合酶链(RT-PCR)技术测定兔脑血吸虫病脑动脉缝隙连接蛋白Connexin(Cx)37mRNA的表达。结果兔脑血吸虫病脑基底动脉血管组织缝隙连接蛋白Cx37mRNA的表达明显高于正常兔脑基底动脉的表达。结论兔脑血吸虫病脑基底动脉缝隙连接蛋白Cx37mRNA的表达增高,提示缝隙连接蛋白在血吸虫虫卵抗原及其分泌物浸润脑动脉,诱发脑血吸虫病的病理发生机制中可能起重要的作用。
To explore the effect of gap junctional proteins in pathogenesis of cerebral schistosomiasis through the observation of the expression of gap junctional proteins Cx 37 mRNA in cerebral vessels of rabbits with cerebral schistosomiasis. The reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to examine the expression of Cx 37 mRNA in basilar artery cleft of rabbits with cerebral schistosomiasis. It was found that the Cx 37mRNA expression of basilar artery cleft in rabbits with cerebral schistosomiasis was higher than that of the control rabbits. And the expression of the gap junction proteins was also increased in the basilar artery cleft of rabbits with cerebral schistosomiasis. The high expression of the gap junction protein in the basilar artery cleft implicates that this protein may play a role in the pathogenesis of cerebral schistosomiasis through the infusion of schistosome eggs and their secretory products to depositing the cerebral artery tissues.
