分子影像学在帕金森病临床中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 单光子发射计算机断层扫描(SPECT)和正电子发射断层成像(PET)是近年来在帕金森病(PD)研究领域里进展最为迅速的分子成像技术,利用放射性示踪剂追踪PD患者脑内多巴胺代谢情况,通过对黑质纹状体多巴胺系统功能显像和定量反映PD病理改变。目前常用示踪剂包括多巴、多巴胺转运体(DAT)示踪剂和Ⅱ型囊泡单胺转运体(VMAT2)示踪剂等。
