颈椎术后不融合的影响因素与相应处理 被引量:3

Treatment and influencing factor of nonfusion after cervical surgery

摘要 颈椎外科各种减压和稳定手术,几乎都需要植骨融合,以获得生物学(骨性)连接,确保术后颈椎生理功能稳定.临床上某些因素常造成植骨不融合,并形成假关节,而外科医生由于认识不足,手术后常常忽略植骨是否愈合.由于对创伤与疾病学认识不足和技术水平差异造成颈椎融合术后的诸多问题,应该引起高度重视.
