Ⅰb~Ⅱa期子宫颈鳞癌淋巴结转移相关因子的检测及风险预测模型的建立和验证 被引量:2

摘要 宫颈癌为全球妇女第二大恶性肿瘤,淋巴结转移是其显著的预后影响因素^[1]。早期宫颈癌的浸润转移是一个多步骤、多因素过程,包括癌细胞与细胞外基质的黏附、酶解和运动等,涉及到多种转移相关因子,如细胞黏附分子变异体6(CD44v6)、上皮型钙黏附素(E—cad)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)2、MMP-9、MMP-7、
