摘要
新复制的染色体（姐妹染色单体）忠实地分离到子代细胞中是所有生物生长和发育所遵循的基本原则。在这一系列分离事件中任何一个环节的异常都会导致非整倍体的产生，而非整倍体是肿瘤发生、发展过程中的一个重要标志^[1-2]。
