WWOX基因转染后对卵巢上皮性癌细胞周期的调控

摘要 WWOX基因是2000年由Bednarek等^[1]应用鸟枪基因测序技术(shot gun sequencing)分离并鉴定出的新的抑癌基因。国内外学者对WWOX基因在卵巢上皮性癌(卵巢癌)发生、发展中的作用进行了一些初步研究^[2-3],但其具体作用机制尚不明确。
