摘要 肝癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,而乙型肝炎病毒感染是引起肝癌的最主要原因。作为乙肝病毒X基因的表达产物HBx蛋白具有广泛的反式激活功能,其能通过直接或间接的蛋白质间相互作用参与感染肝细胞的信号转导、细胞凋亡和细胞周期调控。鉴于HBx蛋白在乙型肝炎病毒复制和在感染肝细胞中的重要作用,HBx蛋白在肝癌发生中扮演的角色及其作用机理研究,一直是HBV和肝癌研究的热点内容。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,which is mainly caused by hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection.The X gene product(HBx) of HBV has extensive trans-activating functions.HBx affects the signal transduction,apoptotic cell death and cell cycle through interaction with variety intracellular proteins in infected hepatocytes.In view of the importance of HBx in HBV replication and in hepatic cell functions,the role of HBx in HCC development has been attracting great attention.
