新型甲型H1N1流感重症患者的临床管理

摘要 自2009年4月报道新型甲型H1N1流感（简称甲型流感）以来,疫情已迅速蔓延至全球.该病主要表现为发热、咳嗽、咽痛、流涕、头痛、肌肉酸痛、全身不适及胃肠道不适等流感样症状,病情轻重不一[1],多数患者呈自限性,少数患者出现气短及呼吸困难,发展为肺炎甚至ARDS及多器官功能衰竭而死亡.对于大部分无合并症的轻症患者,采用休息、多饮水及对症等处理,无需抗病毒药物及住院治疗,但重症病例除需及时给予抗病毒治疗外,应收住重症监护病房进行救治,因此对危重病例的管理是甲型流感患者临床治疗中的重点和难点.现将甲型流感危重症病例临床管理相关文献综述如下.
