肺叶切除术后特发性肺纤维化急性加重一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,61岁.因活动后气短1年入院.入院前5个月在当地医院诊断为肺纤维化,并给予泼尼松和乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,病情稳定.既往无糖尿病和冠心病病史,吸烟指数40包年,已戒烟5年.
