小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的特点及疗效。方法:采用小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者37例。结果:所有患者均获随访,时间6个月-4年。按改良Macnab分级评定疗效,优26例,良8例,可3例,优良率91.9%。结论:小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效好、对脊柱结构破坏小等优点。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of small incision open-window discectomy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods:A total of 37 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were performed with small incision open-window discectomy. Results:All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 4 years. 26 cases were rated excellent,8 cases good and 3 fair according to the improved Macnab scale,91.9% of all was rated good or excellent. Conclusion:Small incision open-window discectomy for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has less trauma,faster recovery,good curative effect,little damage to the spinal column and other advantages.
