鼻内镜下射频治疗顽固性鼻出血120例临床研究

Clinical Study on 120 Cases by Endoscopic Radiofrequency Ablation of Intractable Epistaxis

目的:探讨鼻内镜下射频治疗顽固性鼻出血的方法及优越性。方法:在鼻内镜下用射频治疗顽固性鼻出血患者120例。结果:120例病例中116例均一次性治愈,未再发生鼻出血。2例经再次射频治疗后出血停止,2例经射频治疗无效,改用其他方法治疗后未再出血。随访1-2年,无一例鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔粘连及复发。结论:鼻内镜下射频治疗顽固性鼻出血,具有视野清晰、定位准确、止血可靠、患者痛苦少等优点,是治疗顽固性鼻出血的有效方法。

Objective：To explore the method and the superiority of endoscopic radiofrequency ablation of intractable epistaxis. Methods：With the endoscopic radiofrequency ablation in 120 patients with epistaxis. Results：In these 120 cases,116 cases were cured without recurrence of nasal bleeding. Re-bleeding in two cases was stopped after radiofrequency ablation. Two cases were failed by radio-frequency treatment. But after using other methods,their bleedings were stopped. For 1-2 years follow-up,no case has nasal septum perforation,nasal adhesions or recurrence. Conclusion：Endoscopic radiofrequency treatment of intractable epistaxis,with a clear vision,positioning accuracy,reliable hemostasis,and less pain,etc,is effective way of the treatment of intractable epistaxis.
