摘要
目的:探讨神经病学研究生创新培养模式。方法:比较目前国内研究生培养模式。结果:提出了培养创新能力的神经病学研究生的培养模式和渠道。新培养模式是通过改革教学模式和临床训练方法,引导研究生快速掌握基础研究和临床技能关键内容,具有解决科研和临床问题能力。以新的评价与考核制度,激励教学相长,实现培养目标。结论:新的教学理念有助于神经病学研究生创新能力的培养。
Objective:To explore innovative models for neurology postgraduate training.Methods:The article compared the present situation of the mode of cultivating postgraduate students in China.Results:Guiding the direction of cultivating innovative postgraduates majoring in Neurology. The new mode of cultivating could induce postgraduate students rapidly grasping key aspects of clinical technique and basic research methods,taking possession of the ability to solve scientific and clinical problems by changed model of teaching and clinical training methods. The new comprehensive evaluating and examining system could encourage the progress in teaching and learning,moreover achieve training objectives.Conclusions:The new concept could contribute to cultivating innovative ability neurology postgraduate.
