丹参素对体外晶状体上皮细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究丹参素对多种晶状体上皮细胞DNA损伤的保护作用。方法:应用单细胞凝胶电泳法测定1g/L丹参素处理后氧化、辐射及细胞外高糖、高钙环境对晶状体上皮细胞DNA损伤的变化。结果:对照组中晶状体上皮细胞呈圆形无拖尾,表明其DNA未受损伤。各损伤处理组细胞呈典型彗星图像,与对照组相比均有显著差异(P〈0.01)。1g/L丹参素处理后各组损伤程度明显减轻,与对照组相比无显著差异。结论:丹参素对晶状体上皮细胞DNA损伤有保护作用。 AIM:To investigate the protection of danshen on the DNA damage in the lens epithelial cells caused by diverse factors.·METHODS: After treadted with 1g/L danshen, DNA damage caused by H2O2,ultraviolet,high glucose and high calcium was detected with single-cell gel electrophoresis assay.·RESULTS: The lens epithelial cells of control group were round without DNA damage, there was great significant differece compared with damaged groups(P0.01). The groups of danshen were significantly increased compared damaged groups,there was no significant differece compared with control group (P0.05).·CONCLUSION: Danshen can protect the DNA damage caused by diverse factors in lens epithelial cells.
