硅胶管留置治疗泪小管断裂吻合术的临床分析

Clinical analysis of silicone tube application in ruptured lacrimal canaliculi

目的:探讨简便有效的泪小管断裂吻合术的方法及效果。方法:自制7号钝头硬膜外腰麻针做导管,口腔科0.2mm结扎丝为针芯,用硅胶管做泪道支撑物吻合断裂泪小管。结果:28例吻合成功,术后2～3mo拔管。24例冲洗泪道通畅,4例冲洗通而不畅,1例不通。结论:硅胶管做支撑物吻合断裂泪小管,价廉方便,手术操作简单,值得基层医院推广。

AIM：To investigate a simple and effective method for ruptured lacrimal canaliculi.METHODS：Self-made No.7 blunt epidural spinal needle as a catheter,dental 0.2mm ligation as a needle core wire,silicone tube as scaffold were applied on the ruptured lacrimal canaliculi.RESULTS： Two to three months after operation,extubation was performed,28 patients with ruptured lacrimal canaliculi were successful anastomosis.24 patients were unobstructed of lacrimal passages,4 patients were hindrance of lacrimal passages,1 patients were obstructed of lacrimal passages.CONCLUSION：Silicone tube can be used as the scaffold in canalicular anastomosis with cheaper and more convenient and simpler operation in primary hospitals.
