摘要
分析滚动轴承表面疲劳剥落失效机理和残余奥氏体对疲劳寿命的影响,确定控制残余奥氏体含量的热处理工艺,进行残奥量测试与轴承疲劳寿命试验。结果表明,残余奥氏体含量为12%时,轴承的疲劳寿命较高。
The fatigue spalling failure mechanism of rolling bearing surface and the influences of retained austenite content on the worklife of bearing fatigue spalling were analyzed.The heat treatment process for controling the retained austenite was content determined.The tests on the retained austenite content and bearing fatigue life were carried out.The results show that the worklife of the rolling bearing is longer when retained austenite content 12%.
