摘要
研究了电磁感应熔渗法制备的V8C7增强钢基复合材料的组织和性能,并探讨了复合材料的组织形成机理。结果表明,用电磁感应熔渗法,制备得到了V8C7硬质相,其颗粒细小,尺寸为3~8μm,且在基体中均匀分布,有利于提高复合材料的组织稳定性。相对于高碳钢标准试样,复合材料的耐磨相性能有了改善。
V8C7/Fe composite were synthesized by electromagnetic induction melting.The microstructure,wear resistance and forming mechanism of the composites was analysed and discussed.The results show that,the hardening phase of V8C7 particles prepared by in-situ reaction distribute along V wires.The V8C7 particles are in small shape and in the size of 3~8 μm,which can raise the microstructure stability of V8C7/Fe composite.The wear resistance of the composite is better than that of the matrix.
