复杂刀具真空热处理工艺交叉混合推理机制的研究

摘要 以精密复杂刀具真空热处理工艺为研究对象,针对刀具几何参数的多变性、真空热处理工艺参数的复杂性和工艺设计特点,提出了全新的交叉混合推理方法。详细讨论了系统推理机结构构建、交叉混合推理机制、推理流程及属性判断,提高了专家系统推理的准确性和灵活性,有效避免了实例推理与规则知识的不足。同时采用交叉混合推理对M2齿轮刀具的真空热处理工艺方案进行研究。 Taking vacuum heat treatment process for precise complex tool as a research object,a brand-new method of cross hybrid reasoning was put forward according to changefulness of tool geometric parameters,process parameters complexity of vacuum heat treatment and its characteristic of the process were designed.Structure construction of system reasoning machine,mechanism of cross hybrid reasoning,reasoning flow and attribute judgment were discussed in detail in order to improve the accuracy of expert system reasoning and its flexibility,besides,the deficiency of case-based reasoning and rule knowledge were effectively avoided.Meanwhile,process scheme of vacuum heat treatment on M2 gear cutter was carried out using cross hybrid reasoning.
