摘要
研究了等离子弧淬火工艺参数对45钢表面硬度及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:喷嘴到工件的距离为8 mm时,可获得较好的淬火效果;在其他淬火参数不变的条件下,随着扫描速度的增加,硬度基本趋于不变;等离子弧淬火使被扫描表面产生了5μm左右的波度,促使相互运动表面产生油楔作用,使边界润滑向混合润滑状态转变,使摩擦因数降低,耐磨性提高。该工艺成本低、操作简单、热效率高,可以实现零件或部件的局部淬火,使材料获得性能优异的表面。
The effects of plasma arc quenching process parameters on the hardness and the surface friction and wear resistance of 45 steel were studied.The results show that: when the distance of the nozzle to the workpiece is 8 mm,the better hardening effect is obtained;when the other quenching parameters remain unchange,with scanning speed increasing,the hardness tends to basically unchange;plasma arc quenching produces 5μm wave degrees,prompting the movement surface to produce wedge,so that the boundary lubrication is transformed into mixed lubrication,which makes the friction factor reduce,wear resistance increase.The process has low cost,simple operation,high thermal efficiency.It can be achieved that parts or components partially quench,and the high performance surface of material is obtain.
