摘要
目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳联合放疗治疗脑转移瘤的疗效。方法:34例脑转移瘤患者均采用6MVX射线行全脑照射DT30-40Gy/15-20次,大部分病人缩野局部追加10-20Gy/5-10次。放疗同时给予鸦胆子油乳20ml静滴,每天1次,连用30天为一疗程。结果:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合放疗治疗脑转移瘤总有效率(RR)为88.2%,生活质量明显提高。结论:鸦胆子油乳联合放疗治疗脑转移瘤可明显提高疗效,改善生活质量。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of radiotherapy combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion on brain metastasis. Methods ：Thirty -four brain metastasis patients were treated with 6MV X irradiation. All patients received total brain DT 30 -40Gy/15 -20F, most patients were added10 -20Gy/5 - 10F on tumor bed, and combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion 20ml 1 time a day, 1 curative period of 30 days when radiation. Results： The total effec- tive rate （CR ＋ PR） was 88.2%, and live quality was improved. Conclusion：Radiotherapy combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion can relieve symptoms of brain metastases and improve the quality of live of patients.
