摘要
患者女,56岁.因上腹胀痛伴呕吐10余天于2008年5月21日急诊入院.腹部CT示中上腹较大软组织团块影,回盲部上移套入横结肠内,呈＂夹心饼干＂样,考虑肠套叠.入院后行剖腹探查,盲肠处见6.5 cm ×6.0 cm大小隆起肿块,向腔内生长,肠系膜根部触及多枚肿大淋巴结,遂行右半结肠切除术.
