Wnt-5A在白细胞介素1β上调兔髁突软骨细胞基质金属蛋白酶表达中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 颞下颌关节(TMJ)骨关节炎及类风湿性关节炎均可出现关节软骨的破坏。近年来研究表明,Wnt信号转导途径可能参与了关节炎软骨破坏的过程,Meng等曾报道了Wnt信号途径可能在TMJ骨关节炎软骨破坏过程中发挥着重要作用,但具体机制尚不明确。本研究使用在关节炎软骨破坏过程中发挥重要作用的炎性细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)1B刺激原代培养的兔颞下颌关节髁突软骨细胞,结果表明,IL-1B在上调基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-1、MMP-3、MMP-9和MMP-β表达的同时,能够上调Wnt-5A和wnt-7A的表达,下调Wnt-11的表达。
