一步水热法制备ZnO/Ag复合材料

Synthesis of ZnO/Ag Composites by One-pot Hydrothermal Method

摘要 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为表面活性剂,依次将醋酸锌和硝酸银的乙二醇溶液缓慢滴加至乙二醇中,高温回流一定时间后即得到纳米银粒子包覆的氧化锌复合材料。电镜结果显示微米级八面体氧化锌首先被合成,随后纳米级银粒子被还原并均匀地附着在氧化锌表面。荧光发射光谱表明银的掺杂减弱了氧化锌在深能级的发射峰强度。 A simple one-pot hydrothermal method is used to prepare ZnO/Ag composites by adding zinc acetate and silver nitrate follow into the high temperature glycol solvent, and with PVP as the surfactant. The results show octahedral ZnO particles firstly are synthesized, spherical silver nano-particles then are reduced and adhere uniformly on the surface of ZnO. Dopant of the silver improves the photoluminescence property of the composites.
