摘要
反复折弯校直属于剧烈塑性变形工艺之一,通过折弯和之后的校直在材料内部产生剪切变形,细化材料组织。介绍了反复折弯校直工艺的原理、方法及反复折弯校直变形分布特征、微观组织及材料力学性能,并提出了反复折弯校直工艺的研究方向。
Repetitive corrugation and straightening(RCS) is one of the severe plastic deformation processes. The shear deformation leading to the grain refinement is produced by corrugation and subsequent straightening. The principle,approach, deformation distribution, raicrostructure and material's mechanical properties in RCS are introduced in this paper. The research direction of RCS process is also presented.
