摘要
介绍了三维缝合复合材料的缝合工艺,总结了缝合与不缝合复合材料层间断裂韧性(G_(ⅠRs)G_(ⅡRs))及冲击损伤容限的试验结果,分析了层间断裂韧性和冲击损伤容限的试验结果,评述了聚合物层合板穿过厚度缝合产生力学性能变化的机理。
The stitching technique and types for 3D stitched composites are presented. A series of tests that run to characterize the fracture toughness(GⅠRs, GⅡRs ) and the impact damage tolerance of stitched and non-stitched composites are summarized. Then these results are analyzed. New insights are presented into the mechanisms responsible for change of mechanical properties of polymer matrix laminates as a result of passing through the thickness stitching.
