摘要
在不同温度下对中间相炭微球粉体进行了预氧化处理,将其模压成型并在N_2保护下进行烧结,得到各向同性碳材料。考察了预氧化温度及时间对中间相炭微球烧结体的物理性能、力学性能和微观结构的影响。实验结果表明,将中间相炭微球粉体在200℃于空气中预处理30min后,其烧结体的密度可达到1.654g/cm^3,抗弯强度为56.06MPa。
MCMBs treated by oxidative treatment at different temperature, molded pressing and sintered in nitrogen protection can be made into isotropic carbon material. The influences of oxidation temperature and time on the performances of carbon material are studied. After heating at 200℃ for 30min,experimental results show that the sintered body revealed a density of 1. 654g/cm^3 and bend strength of 56.06MPa.
