Finite Element Simulation on the Elastic Modulus of Foamed Aluminium

摘要 采用C语言建立了3种泡沫铝材料模型,即不均匀结构模型、均匀结构模型和大孔缺陷结构模型,更符合实际泡沫铝材料的结构。利用ANSYS软件对建立的模型进行了有限元分析,得到了不同模型相对密度与弹性模量的关系,指出其弹性模量与密度呈指数关系。 Three models for different foamed aluminium are established by language C, which are model Ⅰ for unhomogenous structure,model Ⅱ for homogenous structure and model Ⅲ for defected structure with huge pores. The models are more in line with the actual structures of foamed aluminum. The relationship between the relative density and elastic modulus for different models is analyzed, and the exponential relationship between the elastic modulus and the density is obtained by finite element simulation with ANSYS software.
