折曲长度对胶接接头应力分布影响的数值分析 被引量:4

摘要 运用有限元法研究了折曲长度对胶接接头应力分布的影响,结果表明,采用折曲的搭接方式能改善接头的应力分布,提高接头的承载能力;在一定范围内折曲长度增大,应力流线发生改变;接头应力分布越均匀;折曲长度取20mm时,接头界面以及胶层应力的分布较为理想。 Finite element method (FEM) is applied to investigate the effect of the crippling length on the Stress distribution in the crippling single lap joint. The results show that using the crippled overlap method can improve the stress distribution and carrying capacity of joint. At a certain extent the length of crippling increases, the stress flow lines changes, and the stress distribution in joint is more uniform. When the crippling length is taken as 20mm, the stress distribution gets better at interface and adhesive layer of joint.
