摘要
NiZnCu铁氧体是制备多层片式电感器的关键材料之一。综述了氧化物法、溶胶-凝胶法、自蔓延燃烧法和化学共沉淀法等常见方法制备NiZnCu铁氧体的最新研究进展,并指出化学共沉淀法具有较大的生产应用潜力,是今后研究的重点,而当前需要解决的关键问题是寻找合适的共沉淀条件和新的沉淀剂。
NiZnCu ferrite is one of the key materials for manufacturing multilayer chip inductors. In this paper, the recent advances in NiZnCu ferrites prepared by the traditional ceramic method, sol-gel menthod, auto-combustion method and chemical coprecipitation method are reviewed briefly. It is pointed out that the chemical eoprecipitation method is promising in industry. Therefore, it is worth serious researching, and seeking the suitable eoprecipitation conditions and new precipitators is the crucial problem nowadays.
