摘要 研究了复合烧结助剂ZnO-B_2O_3SiO_2(ZBS)玻璃和LiF添加量对Ca_(0.6)La_(0.8/3)TiO_3-Li_(0.5)Nd_(0.5)TiO_3(CLLNT)陶瓷相结构、烧结特性及介电性能的影响。加入复合烧结助剂(ZBS玻璃和LiF)后,CLLNT陶瓷的烧结温度从1400℃降至1000℃;当ZBS玻璃的添加量为4%(质量分数,下同)、LiF的添加量小于3%时,CLLNT陶瓷样品中没有发现第二相,主晶相仍为斜方钙钛矿结构;当ZBS玻璃的添加量为4%、LiF的添加量为1%时,CLLNT陶瓷在1000℃烧结3h获得最佳性能,介电常数ε_r=97,Q×f=1286GHz,T_(CF)=43×10^(-6)/℃(4GHz)。 The effects of the compound sintering aids of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 (ZBS) glass and LiF addition amounts on the phase structures, sinterability and dielectric properties of CLLNT ceramics are investigated. After adding combination of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass and LiF, the sintering temperature of the CLLNT ceramics has been efficiently lowered from 1400℃ to 1000℃. When the addition amount of ZBS glass is 4wt% and the addition amount of LiF is lower than 3wt%, the second phases are not found and the major phase of CLLNT ceramics is still orthorhombic perovskite. When the addition amount of ZBS glass is 4wt% and the addition amount of LiF is 1wt%, CLLNT ceramics have excellent properties when sintered at 1000℃ for 3h, dielectric constant er = 97, Q× f= 1286GHz, TCF = 43 × 10^-6/℃ (4GHz).
