摘要
以莫来石作为基体层,原位合成的纯钛酸铝(AT)和莫来石/钛酸铝复合材料(ATM)作为界面层,采用轧膜成型、热压烧结工艺制备了2种层状复合材料。通过对显微结构、力学性能以及载荷-位移曲线的对比分析表明,2种界面层都能与莫来石基体层进行很好的结合,并且均能提高纯莫来石的断裂韧性以及减小强度在不同方向上的差异。此外,ATM界面层相对于AT界面层具有气孔和微裂纹少、结构致密等特点,并且M70/ATM层状复合材料的断裂韧性比M70/AT的大,而抗弯强度却下降较小。
Taking mullite as matrix layer and pure aluminum titanate(AT) and in situ synthesis aluminum titanate/mullite composites(ATM) as interface layer respectively, two kinds of laminated composites are prepared by roll-forming and hot-pressing sintering process. By comparison of the microstructure, the mechanical properties and load-displacement curve of two composites, the results show that., the AT and ATM can be well bonded with mullite to form laminated composites;and can improve the fracture toughness of the pure mullite and reduce the difference of flexural strength at different direction. In addition, there are less pores and micro-cracks in the interface layer of in-situ synthesized ATM than AT~ and the fracture toughness of M70/ATM laminated composite is higher than M70/AT, while its flexural strength declines less than M70/AT.
