GP73在肿瘤诊断中的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 GP73是Kladney等从巨细胞肝炎的肝脏cDNA文库中筛选出的一种高尔基体Ⅱ型跨膜糖蛋白，其基因位于9号染色体长臂，全长3042bp，内含1个1200bp的开放阅读框，编码4130个氨基酸，因在WB显示的相对分子质量73000而得名，又称GOLPH2或GOLM1。GP73蛋白定位于高尔基体顺面，由胞内、跨膜和胞外3个区域构成，其N-末端为带有1个信号肽剪切位点的单跨膜区；C-末端为胞外段，
