摘要
实时三维超声心动图、多普勒组织成像、应变率成像和定量组织速度成像使临床医师能够采用无创的方法 ,方便、准确地观察心脏的结构和功能,这些技术虽然已应用于临床,但在高血压病中的应用价值尚需探讨。本文就此新技术在高血压病中的应用进行了回顾。
Real - time three - dimensional echocardiography ( RT - 3 DE ), Doppler tissue imaging ( DTI ), strain rate imaging(SRI) and quantitative tissue velcoeity imaging(QTVI) are new developed technologies which are important technologies breakthrough in eehocardiographie field. They are accurate, convenient and non - invasive for clinicians to observe heart structure and function. Although these new technologies have been used in clinic, their value is still needed to explore in hypertension. This article reviews the application of RT- 3DE, DTI,SRI and QTVI in hypertension.
