摘要 当前,抗菌药物耐药愈演愈烈,已成为全球面临的难题.多重耐药、泛耐药、甚至极度耐药株的出现和传播,给临床治疗和控制带来极大的困难.苯唑西林耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）、万古霉素耐药的屎肠球菌（VRE）、产ESBL的肠杆菌科细菌、碳青霉烯类耐药的不动杆菌（CRAB）和铜绿假单胞菌（CRPA）均已成为国际普遍关注的热点问题[1].
