大鼠高肾素状态下胰岛素对血压、血糖及尿儿茶酚胺排泄的影响 被引量:1

摘要 雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组不完全结扎一侧肾动脉造成肾性高血压,对照组模拟实验组手术但不结扎肾动脉,观察手术前后两组血压、血糖、糖/胰岛素比值,血浆肾素活性和血管紧张素Ⅱ等各项指标。结果:术后3周末实验组除胰岛素外,其它各项指标均较对照组显著升高。之后取实验组与对照组各10只大鼠,称为A组和C组,各剩余20只分别称B组和D组,作胰岛素激发试验。结果:A组血糖较其它各组显著升高,A组和C组血压较B组和D组显著升高。提示:肾素活性升高时可明显影响胰岛素介导的葡萄糖的利用而引起胰岛素抵抗。 Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and the left renal artery of experimental group rats was uncompletely ligated, but not in the controls, to observe the changes of bloob pressure, bloob glucose, glucose/insulin ratio, plasma renin activity and angiotensin Ⅱ before and after the operation. The results were: by the end of three weeks after operation, all the indicators except insulin were higher in the experimental group than in controls. There after, 10 rats were taken from the experimental and control groups respectively(named A and C subgroups)to perform insulin evoke test for 7 days. The remaining 20 rats in each group(named B and D Subgroups)were used as control. The results were: the blood glucose was higher in A subgroup than all other subgroups. The blood pressures were significantly increased in A and C than in B and D subgroups. The results confirmed that the increased renin activity could strongly influence the insulin-mediated glucose uptake and increase insulin resistance.
