二维及彩色多普勒超声心动图对Ebstein畸形的诊断

Two-Dimensional Color Doppler Echocardiographic Diagnosis of Ebstein's Anomaly

应用二维彩色多普勒超声心动图对１２例Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸形患者作出诊断，均经手术证实。本组患者的三尖瓣隔叶与后叶均有不同程度下移，达瓣环水平以下≥２ｃｍ。提出二维右室流出道切面对三尖瓣后叶的观测具有重要价值，与心尖四腔心切面相结合可以全面地评价三尖瓣每个瓣叶与瓣环的结构形态。加之，彩色多普勒提供血流动力学的依据，可对该病作出诊断，且准确、安全、可靠。

Twelve patients with Ebstein's anomaly(EA) were diagnosed by two-dimensional color Doppler echocardiography (TDCDE) and were confimed by surgery. The displacements which were measured as distance from the tricuspid anulus to the distal point of septal or posterior leaflet attachment were all ≥ 2 cm in the patient group. The investigation suggested that two-dimensional RVIT (right ventricular inflow tract) view was of great value for research work of posterior leaflet malformation, and it was allowed to assess perfectly the architecture morphology of the tricuspid valve involving apparatus in combination with apical four chamber view. Advances in TDCDE could Permit the reliability and accuracy of the noninvasive diagnosis of EA as soon as the heamodynamic principles were provided by imaging.
