摘要 TNFα拮抗剂是一类生物制剂，通过特异性、靶向性拮抗TNFα达到治疗风湿病的目的。依那西普（商品名益赛普）是重组人Ⅱ型TNF受体．抗体融合蛋白，是我国第一个上市的TNFα拮抗剂，分别于2005年和2007年获得我国国家食品药品监督管理局批准，用于类风湿关节炎（RA）、强直性脊柱炎（AS）和银屑病的治疗。为科学、规范地使用依那西普，国内风湿病学临床专家在总结国内外已发表风湿病治疗指南、TNFα拮抗剂治疗指南与专家共识的基础上，结合国内实际用药经验与国情，参考国外依那西普的相关数据，就国内关于依那西普治疗RA、AS的有关问题进行了充分而认真的讨论，并形成建议如下。
