摘要
以3.5%SDS-0.1mol/L酒石酸-甲醇(1∶3)作流动相,硅胶G-CMC-Na板作固定相,采用胶束薄层扫描法测定小青龙冲剂中麻黄碱的含量。在λS=528nm测定平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为1.39%。
Ephedrine in Xiao Qing Long granules was determined using micellar thin layer chromatography(MTLC) scanning. The colloidal silica G CMC Na plate was used, with 3.5% SDS 0.1mol/L tartaric acid methanol(1∶3) as mobile phase, 528 nm as detection wavelength, and 630 nm as reference wavelength. The average recovery of ephedrine was 99.84%, RSD was 1.39%.
