摘要
采用差示分光光度法测定复方氯唑沙宗片中氯唑沙宗和扑热息痛的含量。其平均回收率分别为１００．０％和１００．６％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．３４％和０．５５％，方便简便。
The contents of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen in compound chlorzo xazone tablets were determined by differential spectrophotometry. The average recoveries of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen were 100.0%( RSD 0.34%) and 100.6%( RSD 0.55%) respectively. This method is simple and accurate.
